Celebrate Juneteenth

Celebrate Juneteenth by learning about an important figure in African-American history! Olaudah Equiano was the first formerly enslaved man to publish his memoirs. We will have a costumed reenactor of Equiano give a talk about his life and his importance in this country's anti-slavery movement.

Registration is required. This program is for patrons ages 10+ to adult.

The library will have a celebration of friendship this Summer! This event will feature crafts, stories, treats, games and more. The whole family is invited.

Join us for a fun night with Viva Art for guided canvas painting!
Registration is required. Due to limited availability, each participant can register for only one class time. Adults 18+ only.

A monthly cookbook discussion and recipe sharing group. If you like to talk cookbooks, share recipes and sample new dishes, this group is for you. Each month we pick a food topic, share recipes and sample each others dish.

The group meets at Charlestown Library the first Thursday of each month.
